Your customers pay via credit card when you invoice using Lawn Buddy. Once processed, you will be paid through direct deposit. In order to receive your payments, be sure to update your direct deposit information in the Lawn Buddy app or website.

Click 'Save' after completing the forms. After you submit this information, we’ll verify the routing number you submit. We cannot verify the account numbers, so please double check this prior to saving.

It generally takes between 1 - 3 business days to receive your payment via direct deposit. If you do not see the funds go into your account after 1-3 business days, please give us a call so we can further assist you.

The system will collect all of your open jobs on and prior to the current date. Based on your company's location, it will sort them to create an optimized route list.

If local homeowners are utlizing our Lawn Buddy Homeowner app, on-demand jobs will show up in your area. These on-demand jobs work on a first come, first serve basis. You will need to make sure that your notifications are turned on in order to know when these jobs are available. Also make sure your on-demand radius is set to however far you are willing to travel!
Every time you complete an on-demand job, that homeowner becomes your customer for life within the Lawn Buddy platform! You will be able to continue providing services for them. Our Marketing Tool can also help you gain more customers by promoting your company through social media.
No! The jobs are not assigned. Requests are sent out to all lawn care professionals using the Lawn Buddy platform in your area. It works on a first-come first-serve basis.

You need to integrate your customers in order for you to be able to use the Lawn Buddy platform at it's full potential. Once you have your customers integrated, you will be able to invoice electronically, schedule, and communicate with your customers through Lawn Buddy!
If you have a large number of customers and know it will take quite a while to import them all, we can do it for you! With our free integration, you just need to send over your customer CSV files to hello@lawnbuddy.com .

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on 'Add a new employee'.
The employee will receive an email invitation with instructions.
After completing the instructions from the invitation email, the employee is ready to download the Lawn Buddy Pro mobile app. Have your employee login on the Lawn Buddy app using the email and password from the invitation email. The employee will only access the jobs assigned to the crew that the employee belongs to. The price and the customer’s contact information will not be accessible to the employees.
Go to the 'Crew Management - Crew List' page and click '+' to add a new employee.
Complete the form and hit the 'SAVE' button. Make sure that you fill out the correct email. We’ll send the employee an invitation email with instructions.

After completing the instructions from the invitation email, the employee is ready to download the Lawn Buddy Pro mobile app. Have your employee login on the Lawn Buddy app using the email and password from the invitation email. Once you have created an invoice for your customers, you can email or text the invoice to your customers through Lawn Buddy. The customer will receive a URL link to complete the payment.

Yes. Payment information is completely safe with Lawn Buddy! We use Braintree, a division of PayPal, Inc. for payment processing services.

You can choose to automatically send invoices after a job is marked complete, on the first of the month, or on the 15th of the month. If you choose the 1st or the 15th, the invoices will send at 11 AM CT that day.
The Marketing tool will help target Facebook and Instagram users within a certain mile radius from your business. Posts to book services from you will show up in their feed.
We generally recommend a budget of $5/day to start your advertisements on Facebook and Instagram.

Tap on the 'Delete' button to delete the area.
Enter and select the address to create a new project.
Select the surface group. There are two types of shapes we provide. Here we select irregular shape icon for demonstration purposes.
Click on the map to draw a new area. Make sure that the first and last dots connect to create an enclosed area.
Your customers that use the Lawn Buddy homeowner app will receive the push notifications that you send out. To see if a customer uses the homeowner app, look for the 'LB' logo to the left of their name in your Customers List or the 'LB' logo followed by "Lawn Buddy App User" at the bottom of their Customer Detail.
